暑假引起了減肥潮
除了快速減肥文很令人不屑以外
還有就是怕澱粉文、每樣菜都用湯匙量文、太壯文。。。
但其實有一個觀念可以讓大家討論一下
既然有運動,為何一天就只能制式吃三餐?
剛好今天早上TLC頻道有播一個胖女孩想挑戰三鐵
八周之內減肥以外還要改變所有的飲食習慣跟最後要跑三鐵
營養師大概有說到:
1.加工食品 (微波、冷凍、所謂的健怡可樂等等) 全都丟掉
2.一天可以5-8餐,餓了就吃一些,運動前後也都可以吃
碳水化合物跟澱粉都要攝取
3.大量的水 & 水果
4.所謂的 "安慰劑" (喜歡吃的甜食 or 炸物)
其實可以在一天累了之後小小鎬賞自己一點,反而會有激勵的作用
至於運動菜單其實還滿大量的,這邊暫時不討論
但這四點其實可以給一些版友方向是:
我們不應該是怕 "吃太多"
而是我們該吃些甚麼?甚麼時候吃?
不一定要早中晚,其實餓的時候就是身體在小小抗議
補充也是一種體能的回復。
或許有的人會說,我是外食族啊沒辦法
但外食族總可以選擇食物吧?吃飽才有力氣運動
(有很多文章總讓我心裡面OS:多吃一點會爆炸嘛?=_=)
PS:最後那女孩八周減了六公斤的樣子 忘記了沒看清楚
不管是不是節目效果 至少後來用充足的體能跟體態完成了初次小三鐵
