明明就有跑步+重訓(棒式&深蹲)+拉筋
跑步每次大約40分鐘+重訓30分鐘
但還是不見什麼功效...是我動太少嗎?
身高166 體重60 希望瘦到48
最近運動手環正夯,上網看到EPSON PS100新出一款土耳其藍
感覺滿好看的,有監測心跳的功能,還能提醒燃脂區的量測
是不是在那範圍內做燃脂運動是最有效的?
