我是水電工,應該可以夠格可以回覆您的問題吧,先說在工地的工作,RC配管也就是俗稱
死拉姆,蹲一整天還要帶著重的要死的工作腰帶,其實有點像是負重深蹲一整天,而且可
能接下來明天還要繼續配管,但是途中還是有稍微休息一下,而且不只是蹲著而已,有時
候梁柱的鐵綁太低,平鋪的第一層鐵撐太高,變成管配不過去,就要把鐵撐高到配的過,
有點像是硬舉,梁中間的穿梁套管,要用鐵釘釘在板模,問題是綁鐵工並不會等你,變成
手要伸進間距很小的梁內釘穿梁套管,這運用到手的小肌群,上面說的只是配電,配水管
的話還要拿著壓接機一整天,其實很重一天工作下來手部的小肌群算是訓練到超量,再來
說室內裝潢,打鑿機也就是俗稱阿頭仔,打牆一整天下來幾乎上半身肌群都用到了,打地
上管溝,蹲著打這動作我不太會解釋,總之腳很酸手也酸這樣,拉線,這動作運用到的肌
群也是上半身,你說累嗎?蠻累的,要休息沒錯,保力達?可是我不喝酒啊.....但是一
家老小等著吃飯過活,這樣休息的下嗎?可是我還是會天天去健身房報到,畢竟運動是為
了身體健康,工作是為了生存下去,這樣您瞭解了嗎,初次在ptt發文,也不知道這排版
算不算傷眼,請多包涵
