為什麼我騎xbike都沒有變瘦? QQ - 減肥

自去年七月開始 因準備考試壓力過大 爆肥近12公斤
四月底入手xbike 決定用健康的方式瘦下來
本身沒有運動習慣 水喝很少 愛喝含糖飲料 作息也不正常
自四月底開始 每天騎xbike 45~50公里不等
大約70分鐘可騎完
強度2~3搭配輪流 轉速有到42 心跳有到130以上 快樂表卡路里都有1100以上
騎完以後 大量補充水分 然後休息按摩拉筋一下 洗澡睡覺
白天偶爾會喝含糖飲料 但有盡力克制
作息也從開始運動後 調整為一點前一定會上床睡覺
每天都不間斷的運動
但到現在近五月底了
雖然男友說我體態有變勻稱一點 體重卻一直沒有改變...
我真的有點挫折 所以希望大家幫幫我
不知道哪裡出了問題 是運動強度不夠嗎?
我本身沒有吃很多 食量和一般女生差不多
也沒有吃宵夜零食的習慣
不知道用xbike減肥的大家 是騎了多久後才開始明顯體重下降
夏天快到了哎 瘦不下來心情好差 :(
