我在減肥有爬過文 按照版上建議去有氧 +重訓 效果很不錯
在2星期就少了1.5KG左右 我也戒掉吃消夜習慣
晚餐也減量 晚上騎完我的健身車(1.5小時)
我餓了 餓了之後伴隨的是憂鬱 心情差 後來補了一點食物才好轉
是不是餓會讓人心情差? 不只是單純的無力而已
