晚餐:廣東燒臘,炒飯
其他:
很喜歡喝橘子工坊的百香果椰果清茶(去冰,無糖,酸濃)
日常作息時間:通常2點才睡,8-9點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:游泳自由式2000公尺+100-200公尺蝶式,但是有點覽並沒有很常去游泳
我的問題:
我的體重是去年為準備考試長期坐在椅子上沒有運動從74公斤一直攀升到
現在85,有時候甚至89快90公斤,尤其是肚子都減下來,我常常想是不是因為我超過30歲
代謝變差了呢? 還有是不是喝飲料和生活作息的關係讓我體重無法控制呢?
