所以如果有板友發文要減肥的運動大家推薦重訓也是應當
可是有氧也有好處
比重訓更高的燃脂效率,心肺功能提升
但為何大家只是一面倒的推薦重訓卻不推有氧?
你說怕傷膝蓋,游泳不好嗎? 游泳不一定人人會得請教練
但重訓基本上也是得請教練教
成本其實差不多
你說增加肌肉量
對新手而言,只要動起來都能增加肌肉
為何體適能版都推薦重訓而極少人推薦減肥去做有氧呢?
