自從大二下被二一後
荒廢了運動只管讀書
在兩年沒運動的狀態下
為了應付之後當兵的操練
想說開始慢跑培養一下體能
從昨天開始跑一次一小時
而實際上差不多是跑七分鐘走三分鐘
這樣的體力算很差吧XD
而過了第一天馬上就鐵腿
然後剛剛跑完第二天
感覺沒第一天喘但腿幾乎抬不起來
之後不知還能撐幾天 = =
想問看看大家都是為了什麼開始慢跑的
另外鐵腿有必要休息一兩天再繼續跑
還是一直操它直到習慣
