話說用慢跑來減肥已經持續2個多月了,採取的方式是漸近式增加慢跑的里程數
最近已經增加至5km左右,但近幾天腳突然變很痛,尤其是小腿及腳踝處
我覺得應該不是我姿勢有問題,因為如果姿勢有問題早在前2個月就開始要痛了
但前2個月都還好,所以到現在才一直持續著慢跑,但近幾天的腳痛問題
讓我開始萌生休息不跑的念頭,但又不甘心養成的好習慣要我放棄。
ps.題外話,搜尋慢跑小腿變粗的文章內容,很多版友都說不會,但我跑2個月下來
量小腿圍真的變粗1cm,而且按摩時都會摸到小腿硬硬的,我想那應該就是所謂
的肌肉吧!為什麼別的版友跑完小腿會變細,但我跑完小腿居然變粗,是為什麼
呢?唉~~~~女生的小腿可是另一個門面耶,雖然想變瘦但並不想小腿變粗啊!
