剛剛 查了昨天古都馬的成績 心裡突然湧上好多很奇怪的感覺...
其實會參加馬拉松其實也只是想證明...我能跑...像一般人一樣
說到我對跑步的興趣倒也真不多...
因為我一直覺得跑步對我超過標準體重的身子而言真是折磨 XD
所以當初要不是被身邊朋友和版友一堆人都報名的氛圍感染
我想我才不會發神經去報名馬拉松...
更不會發神經去開始練跑...
因為平日工作的關係 說真的我很少有辦法去外面長程的練跑
加上這個冬天太冷 11K、13K、15K、17K、20K 5次是在跑步機上練的
只還有一次是賽前為了測量時間 實際路跑練山路21K...
雖然有還有搭其他平日的短程的路跑 (還是山路居多)
可是現在檢討起來這樣的練習可能還是不夠
也許21K練習那天狀況不錯 雖然都是上上下下的山路坡段 但跑的很輕鬆
費時是02:25 給我太大的信心與期待 以為古都馬都是平路成績應該更好...
這次路跑有LISA正妹和黃員外一起參加...還有陪伴的白線條一"條"....
其實一開始前面跑都還挺輕鬆的 聽著健身房老師跟教練燒給我的快節奏音樂
一路看著LISA的俏麗背影 偶爾偷瞄有沒有其他帥哥正妹順便超車 XD
可是不知道是我賽前太緊張 鞋帶沒調整好 10KM左右 我的腳掌側邊就感覺不蘇福了
10KM後 陸續遇到加油站(供水站啦)我開始會停下來喝杯水、運動飲料 再重新鬆綁鞋子
身子也慢慢的疲乏了...看到倒數5KM的時候 我真的感覺體力流失光了
最後的4K中間橋墩上坡路段我索性停下來快走 下橋再開始慢慢龜著跑..
那段路真的是我開始跑步來覺得最痛苦的5K了...
從一直抄別人的車變成被超車...路上也漸漸看到許多人停下來走了...
我也真的感覺到腳掌側邊發痛了 鞋帶鬆了又綁還是沒用 小腿也慢慢傳來不適感
心裡面也開始懊惱了起來...怎麼會這樣 ?
練跑的時候狀況明明這麼好 是我昨晚睡認床幾乎沒睡的關係? 還是我前面沒配速?
想著為了這場馬拉松之前的準備與教練們朋友給的建議與幫忙
可是我的雙腳竟然這麼不爭氣...真的感覺好對不起他們喔...
不過我知道不管怎樣我都要趕快跑完全程 不想讓等再前方的LISA他們等太久...
於是帶著亂七八糟的思緒和拼命喊著我要停下來的身體我終於ㄍㄧㄣ到終點了...
回到終點剎那 來不及感動 我只有感覺到雙腿發僵了 抽筋了....
披著工作人員遞來的大浴巾 手拿著完賽獎牌
雙腿刺痛的感覺提醒著我終於撐完比賽了 可是我沒有喜悅的感覺...
我知道我跑的很不好....
在氣球拱門下休息了快10分鐘 直到感覺有辦法走路才跛著雙腳去找夥伴們
好不容易找到夥伴們又看到可愛的LISA高興的說出她的好成績 我終於笑得出來了
LISA好棒~同樣的里程 FinishTime 01:51:12 RankAll 584 分組第五名!!
(LISA我一直忘了跟妳說妳在我心目中的等級已經不算正妹了 直接晉升女神!! <(_ _)>)
完賽回去的員外車子的路上 我又狠狠的抽筋了一次....
痛到員外好心要幫我按摩時 飆出我這場半馬的第一顆眼淚...
我哭了 可是很快的擦掉眼淚...我才不是愛哭鬼咧 (  ̄灬 ̄)
好吧 我知道我有點不甘心...可是我真的盡力了....
至少我從沒跑步跑到抽筋過 這體驗也夠酷吧 XD
後來去吃飯回去梳洗再到後來去古都遊玩吃喝的路上 我心裡其實有很多的感觸...
尤其是看著身邊因為FITNESS認識的這幾個喜歡運動的朋友們...
想著這一路走來因為運動結緣一起努力的朋友、夥伴們...
再想著從95年一路走來 從跑步沒法撐過800M 只想減肥完全不管有沒有肌肉與體適能
到現在為了運動為了練體能而努力....再想著我重訓一路走來的過程...
我想 在跟自己比賽的這條人生道路上我沒有輸...
我贏了 贏過昨天的過去的我自己...然後我知道我會一直的贏過我自己...
管他胖的還是瘦的 老娘的目標只有超越昨天的自己!!
PS.回程時 LISA陪我檢討跑不好的原因順便安慰我後 問我未來還會參加半馬賽事嗎...
我只能說...我覺得重訓比較好玩耶 (蓋章)
好吧 等我下個目標(練到心目中理想的體態)達成後 我在考慮要不要雪恥吧 XD
