無法運動卻變得食量如牛...... - 減肥

因為11月底有一場路跑活動,所以開始加緊練習跑步,又很長一段時間是跑操場13圈,也
還算適應,但中間又12天沒跑(下午一直下雨很煩,晚上鄉下又偏僻不敢去跑)
8月20日→一樣13圈,感覺還行
8月21日→狀況還不錯,所以加碼到16圈
回家時沒異狀,早上起來就發現左膝上緣不對勁,上樓梯大腿肉很緊蹦也會痛,查了網路
應該是股四頭肌拉傷(還有左膕窩也有事),休息時間2週到1個月不等......

結果這幾天我無法運動,食量卻突然大如牛!整個很難控制
一直想吃某些食物,但都是熱量高的,例如炸物、炒飯
零嘴也是看到就想塞入口中...... @@"
其實我減肥好幾個月了,也頂多一個月瘦2公斤(已瘦13公斤),三餐都有好好吃,但最
近有種體內惡魔要出來抓狂的感覺
這幾天也的確胖了1公斤......(沒運動也排便不太順)(每個月會來的親戚也快來找我
了)
有沒有人也有同樣的經驗?請問是怎麼克制下來的呢?
好怕休息個1個月一切就前功盡棄了啊~~~QQ
