繼昨晚的餛飩湯之後,我又來了
不知道神通廣大的鄉民都是怎麼確保水果供應不中斷的@@?
幾種容易取得又比較便宜的水果對我來說卻不太合適
香蕉→脹氣至少6小時;柑橘類→性寒,常吃MC不來(個人體質)
最近已經想辦法每天吃到一種,然後維持一定的量
只是有時候正好水果吃光下午開始嘴饞(尤其是想要甜的)
然後總是在搖搖杯攤子前面駐足良久
也還好我不喜歡珍珠跟奶茶類
又不想喝水果口味的濃縮糖精
無糖綠茶青茶有那麼一點空虛
(我的嘴饞也有包括咬嚼需求)
所以最近都心虛的點椰果青茶
爬了精華區文章沒看到有提到椰果的
上網估狗一下好像有人推薦
說椰果熱量不高又有纖維(很需要)
而且本身有甜味,各退一步的加在無糖茶裡面
(自以為)算是很中庸的滿足了嗜甜跟熱量控制
這是我能想到嘴饞時破戒最不嚴重的飲料了
