大家都知道,若要減脂,最簡單的方法就是每日攝取熱量必須<TDEE,以達熱量赤字,增
肌則反之
!!!但重訓經驗超過2年的中手!!!
!!!有維持重訓習慣!!!
若每日攝取熱量>TDEE
再配上16/8甚至是18/6間歇性斷食
理論上有辦法同時達到增肌減脂嗎
