之前腰痛去看醫生
醫生建議可以做下面類似運動舒緩

不過影片中是說維持1秒
醫生好像是說30秒或盡量久
想請問是久一點比較好嗎?
如果做的時候 無意間沒做到影片中的要點
ex:骨盆不離地 收下巴 腰不出力
會有反效果 或受傷嗎?
