因為手受傷
所以從去年10月份開始就沒有動過
跑步 快走 任何運動一項都沒做
因為手不方便拿筷子
每天我的菜單固定為以下
大骨稀飯兩大碗
花椰菜 一大包
Costco 雞胸肉 250~450g
饅頭一顆
無糖豆漿一杯
每天都吃超飽 飽到我每天都很苦惱
因為食物是我爸準備的
都是我爸滿滿的愛心
進食時間不限
我從早到晚都在吃
公司很FREE XD
想到就吃 餓了就吃
然後體重這2個月的變化(我從11月開始算)
我168公分
57公斤到54公斤!
我其實沒有刻意瘦身
但是腰圍我幾乎都穿L到XL
現在要穿M
然後所有的裙子褲子都拿去改小了
原諒我沒有實際數據
因為我真的沒有刻意要減
重點是 我的肚子瘦超多!
我其實算是勻稱
但是肚子超大
大到我被讓位過很多次
所以要減肚子的請一定要控制澱粉的份量!
最後是骨折問題QQ
我是右手肱骨骨折 (上臂)
目標是恢復重訓
有人鋼板沒拆 一樣能重訓的嗎?
雖然可能會說問醫生
但是...
我的醫生開刀開的真的很好
但骨科醫師對復健真的不是專長
他那時候竟然跟我說三個月就能重訓...
我現在手都抬不起來......
想請問版上有沒有人可以經驗分享
