最近看了些網路上的減肥知識
女生通常每天需要攝取至少1200卡
維持身體的基本運作
所以原則上,就算要減肥
減少熱量不能太離譜(例如低於1000卡)
否則會引起身體的防禦機制
因為攝取不足,反而更餓,結果吃更多
最後變成反效果
那麼,如果我每天都有吃到1200卡
但是運動+基礎消耗達到2000卡
這樣也會造成身體有防禦反應嗎?
