熱量營養組成控制求分享 - 健身

想請問一下 大家在執行熱量計畫的時候 都是用怎樣的方案去做到精準控制?
目前我自己比較成功的方案就是用超商食品, 因為營養素跟熱量都很明確
秤重食物的方案也做過, 但是除非真的都控制吃大部分的原型食物
不然烹調後的熱量 重量落差也是不好估計...
想問一下 大家除了吃一些明確標明成分熱量的食品,
或是原型食物簡單烹調秤重 之外?
有沒有其他好的方法可以分享在精確控制熱量跟營養組成這部分?
