一直覺得健體選手的身材很好看
肉量不會過大才符合大眾審美觀
前幾天無意間看到館長的影片
說健體選手是不練深蹲和硬舉的
會讓腰變粗
因為館長有時說話會比較浮誇
所以當下也聽一聽就沒再多想
但隔幾天
又看到楷教練要幫夢多備賽的影片
也說先不要練深蹲和硬舉
看能不能讓腰圍少2吋
所以如果要腰細
真的就不要練深蹲和硬舉了嗎?
