飲食控制一年了,維持這個體重一年
稍微算了一下我的熱量,應該要每月減2公斤啊
不知道哪裡算錯了
TDEE =基代1863+運動200=2000
健康日:
市售健康便當x2 = 1100大卡
牛奶 150cc = 90大卡
合計1200大卡
一周熱量赤字計算:
周一~周四總共赤字 (TDEE*4) - (健康日*4) = 3200
周五鐵板燒日赤字 TDEE - (鐵板燒 1200大卡+午餐500大卡) = 300
六日放縱日 吃到TDEE
一周總赤字3500, 一個月赤字14000,約快兩公斤

放連假時我會放縱一點,超過TDEE
但也不會超過那麼多,頂多四天多攝取3000大卡,應該一周就能減回來了
我實行168斷食一年,有時看到超商特價會買早餐
一周會多200大卡,怎麼算應該都能一個月減一公斤
為什麼會卡關這麼久?
是我TDEE算太高,還是周末放縱日熱量沒控好
但我沒吃早餐 再怎麼吃大餐 一餐也不會超過1000,
應該會剛好等於TDEE的2000
我的工作是久坐的,晚上會慢跑一小時,約消耗200大卡
假日也會出門運動 健行4km以上
卡關好久了,想問問題出在哪?
