各位好:
小魯最近買了電子秤後,正式開始步上「斤斤計較」之路。抱歉…回歸正題。
是這樣的,小魯在穀類食品的包裝上看到份量標示寫道:每100公克=360大卡。
等到穀類煮熟後,原本倒入烹煮的穀類,在秤重後已經變成了280公克。
現在小魯疑惑了…
這100公克=360大卡的依據,是應該算未烹煮前的秤重量,還是烹煮後的秤重量?小魯已傻,求正解?
