練得精疲力盡,
不需要太多準備,
洗完早就有香濃可口、
營養豐富的餐點可食用,
這該怎麼辦到呢?

材料準備:
1.雞腿肉(一人份大約300克)
2.香菇數朵(一人份大約三、四朵)
3.鹽巴少許或花瓜罐頭
步驟:
1.雞腿肉洗淨備用
2.過內放入適量的水,稍微醃過雞腿肉即可
3.加入香菇、適量鹽巴
4.放入萬能的電鍋開始烹煮
5.準備好碗筷,等候十五~二十分鐘即可享用
另外:
雞腿比較貴(110/斤)可以換成雞翅(90/斤)
用花瓜代替鹽巴湯頭更香甜入味,但想省錢就不必多花這筆錢
一人份材料費大約60元,可煮兩碗公的雞湯,
個人認為,練完身體後營養補充還蠻不錯的!!
雞腿肉: 50元
香菇: 5元
水電費: 5元
不必忍受寒冬中排隊辛苦等候的痛苦: 無價
