爛身材有問題~! - 健身

各位好~
我加入健身房也有三個月了
但身材還是...滿糟的
我本身的身材很怪
上半身很單薄
下半身就還...可能比很多人還壯(肉)吧
臉也肉肉的(好慘)
和朋友邊運動邊喝低熱量高蛋白
三個月下來
身材似乎還是...一樣(朋友身材倒是還ok)
我幾乎只做上半身的運動(西門加州4樓吧)
但沒辦法舉的很重
想請問
1.上半身到底該怎麼練才會大?我總覺得我上半身好像都不會長肉耶
2.重量的問題,該怎麼進步?
3.我要繼續做重量,還是多做有氧呢?(希望不要再肉臉跟下半身了)
4.營養品是必要的嗎?該選擇哪種營養品?
因為剛畢業,實在沒錢找私人教練
還請各位多開導指教
