胸跟背的菜單排列(已爬文) - 健身

話說一般菜單都是一天練胸一天練背
狂操的就是中間穿插其他部位的訓練
健康的就是中間穿插有氧
因為主要是想練胸
但是爬文聽說胸要大也需要背去擴展
而且只練胸不練背會容易駝背
以48小時休息來算一個禮拜也只能做三天
如果一天做胸另一天做背
因為有時候我一個禮拜只能做兩天的話
這樣變成胸跟背一個禮拜都只練一次效率好像不會很好是嗎?
所以想說如果胸背一起做的話效率有沒比較好?
胸主要是臥推類(每次做), 背主要是俯身挺背(下背,每次做),
坐姿頸前頸後滑輪下拉 滑輪坐姿划船 (這兩個隔次交換作)
就是我每次都會做臥推->下背->滑輪下拉or滑輪划船
然後中間休息那天偶爾慢跑
不知道這樣的效率比胸背隔次做是會好還是會差呢?
