不要聽原PO那篇下面一堆飲食魔人亂嘴
以我自身經驗
沒重訓靠純有氧運動本來就會瘦比較慢
尤其你才起步一個月
時間拉長到三個月以上再檢視會比較好
我當年減脂時選擇慢跑
第一個月幾乎完全沒瘦 體脂才降0.5%
但持續下去後 飲食也沒改 到第三個月體脂就總共降了4%
再者每天爬山運動四小時的量能+晚餐吃一個雞腿便當
也遠比整天坐辦公室+三餐吃水煮便當打嘴砲還好得多
每天能爬山四小時
我相信這運動量跟毅力已經贏過這版一半以上的人了
