爬樓梯算不算有氧運動呢 - 健身

我每天幾乎都會爬樓梯從一樓爬到十樓
再搭電梯下來
大概會爬四趟
用正常速度一次爬兩格 大約花費20分鐘左右
心跳有達到130
但我朋友說這樣只是訓練肌耐力而已
不算是有氧運動
所以想來請問板上的大家這樣到底是不是有氧運動呢?
