爬過很多文 也看過以前的新聞 有個101歲(現在應該102了@@)
的中醫師 每天喝3000CC的牛奶 依然很健康
看新聞他瘦瘦的... 所以在我的觀念來說 只要嘴饞 或者沒有那麼餓的時候
都泡牛奶+大燕麥片來吃 可是很多人說牛奶是增重用的.....
那這樣說起來 牛奶不適合減肥囉? 也許適合便秘的人???
對這方面滿好奇的 我相信也很多人想知道吧?? 究竟....
牛奶+燕麥片 當作零食 當作宵夜 嘴饞的時候吃 會不會比較好?
