玉米筍是否不適合加入減脂餐 - 健身

最近積極在增肌減脂中,
也知道玉米屬於澱粉比較高的食物,
所以基本上都選擇地瓜為主,
但一直吃地瓜也會膩,後來爬文發現玉米筍這東西,方便烹煮,熱量低,
而且味道也不差。
但最近被一位健身的朋友說,吃那個還是會胖,要嘛吃地瓜,不如吃直接菜。
爬了很多文,
都沒有看到板上在討論玉米筍這東西,想請問板上大大推薦玉米筍嗎?
或是
有其他可口搭配雞胸肉的配菜嗎?
