開始運動大概四個月左右了,
因為之前生理痛很嚴重,
但不知道是不是因為有運動的關係,
漸漸的有比較和緩了,
不過又有一個問題,
就是生理期的時候,變得很不想吃東西,
我知道要吃到基代才行,但是就是沒有胃口吃不下(而且有點想吐),
這樣的情況下,該怎麼辦才好?
必須要硬吃還是可以這幾天少吃一些?
這幾天吃的量大概只有平常的一半而已。
