發這篇文的目的主要是想要平衡報導一下有關生酮飲食的神奇功效
我進行生酮飲食三周 每周去上健身課程4-5次
每天有很認真用fitnesspal計算營養成分以及確定有吃到基代
第一周keto flu之後 感覺身體的確有改變
體重減少 食量變小 不過最明顯的是我生理時鐘變得非常準時
每天八點不用鬧鐘就自動起床 而且精神變得挺好的
正當我準備要來推廣給我(過重的)老公時
我發現我的經前症候群非常嚴重
情緒暴躁 整個人有一個禮拜都在爆炸邊緣
原本想說生理期過了就算了 沒想到...小紅居然沒來
一直以來都跟帳單一樣準時的小紅晚到我就知道身體在抗議
所以就默默地改回正常飲食
碳水化合物正常吃喝
guess what...恢復不到五天 我的生理期就來了
雖然在準備進入生酮飲食之前 我看了很多人說生酮之後生理期變規律
網路上有提到反效果的例子不多
但是我一直自認身體很健康 尤其三年前開始去健身房之後
PMS跟生理痛幾乎消失 這次進行生酮的結果表示這飲食可能不是是用所有人
希望能給大家做個參考囉
