生酮飲食與一般控制熱量飲食的差別在那?? - 健身

最近研究了一下生酮飲食
所得到的理解大致如下(有錯請指正一下)
因為低醣所以當從油脂及蛋白質中攝取的熱量用完了
就會去分解脂肪取得能量
但我想問的是…
一般的熱量控制如果熱量攝取量低於每日所需
不足的地方不是也是要從脂肪取得嗎???????????
生酮飲食如果熱量攝取過多,也不會消耗脂肪不是嗎???
還是我的觀念那邊有錯,有高手可以指點一下嗎,謝謝
