用hiit方法於x bike - 健身

我大概是在3 4天才得知hiit這個方法
也看了上面的一些相關文章
但是還是有一些小問題
因為每天我會重訓完之後踩x bike
或有時候踩完再去重訓(攸關使用的人多寡)
對於踩x bike 我一開始會把阻尼調到3 然後踩2min 維持rpm到85up
2min一到立刻換成14 一樣2min rpm要維持在70up
以兩分鐘為一單位立刻互換
最後一輪我換成阻尼20 rpm盡量不要低於65
這樣平均兩分鐘可以踩1公里
我想請問這樣感覺有點類似hiit的方法
因為我想嘗試看看hiit 可是我怕hiit 但是我又怕稱不住
所以我應該要用自己這種方法繼續練還是用hiit衝刺看看呢?
