運動強度需要加強嗎? - 健身

基本資料
性別:女
年齡:28
身高:161
體重:50
BMI:19.3
體脂率:18%
運動習慣:
一週四天慢跑,慢慢跑,5000m,40min;兩天瑜珈,1.5h。
我的問題:
我得承認慢跑我才開始兩三個星期,之前是騎健身車的,
不過我想要瘦腿,但是沒動靜,體重基本上也是都沒變動,
我知道女生體脂18%不算高,但是不知道這樣的體脂跟肌肉增
加的容易度有沒有關係,因為我腿很短、天生又不是細腿,
加上腿不直看起來更短,我知道我的腿還有肥肉可以減,
只是還是有疑慮如果我加強我的運動強度,同時會增加肌肉嗎?
