請問一下
使用拉力帶做front squat時
1.拉力帶要在肩膀外還是肩膀內?
2.手肘該盡量靠近身體中線還是可以向外?
以clean grip來講 手肘要在手腕裡面 才會創造一個穩定的力舉
用拉力帶也是嘛?
是說
可以CLEAN GRIP握的話
是不是比較好?
