大家好 小弟女友從去年約9月開始認真做重訓,在11月時有量過一次Inbody

過了半年的時間昨日又再去量一次

可以看到基本上肌肉量和體脂都沒有什麼進步
因為我都會陪她一起訓練 一個禮拜4-5天左右 昨天測量的結果讓她滿難過的
覺得自己努力了半年卻沒什麼進步 訓練強度因為甲亢 醫生有說不要做高強度的訓練
做有氧心跳會很快 所以幾乎不做有氧 並且有吃藥在控制
可是重訓都還有一定的重量 飲食的部分也都是少油少鹽在吃 也有喝高蛋白再補充
想請問版上有人也是甲亢的朋友都是怎麼訓練的呢?
