男人30歲後好難瘦 - 健身

: 日常作息時間:工作9小時,午休1小時,辦公室工作,7:20起床~12:00就寢
外勤太陽曬到掛或者寒風吹到死,
早上7:30到,午休1~1.5小時,看情況,17:30之後才會離開,18:00後是常有的事.
晚上看體力決定要不要去健身房運動,00:00~12:30睡,06:30起床.

: 各位好,從小到大就不是個瘦的人
: 最瘦應該是18歲時,66公斤
: 後來大概都是72~75公斤
: 前幾年因為失戀 常常喝啤酒更胖到90公斤
: 後來3年前為了迎接新戀情 就上健身房飛輪課程 不吃晚餐
: 4個月大概瘦12公斤
: 現在30歲了 吃得比以前少 動的也差不多
: 每天也固定上兩次廁所量都滿多的(>///)<
: 但卻更難瘦 現在刻意減卻一公斤也沒瘦 T_T
因為我本來就是從瘦開始增重,到現在也十幾年了(遠目)
一年多前的時間點往前推,自己都覺得有偏乾的傾向,Q我自己的ID應該還看的到,
後來就是外食外食又外食,
因為婚前住岳父家(有時會過去吃晚餐,不過住的房間並不是在本棟,而是隔壁)
不好意思搭人家的伙,
加上回家路上有麥當當有滷味有鹹酥雞有麵攤,總之很熱鬧,
不買點消夜吃實在是對不起自己,
體重就這樣慢慢又增了上來,

大家又有買滿滿果糖飲料的習慣,一起喝就一起喝,沒在怕這樣,
脂肪當然也增長看得到啦哈哈哈哈......
不過,
這跟年紀實在沒有太大關係,
反正只要飲食內容天然點的日子,明顯肚子的把手就薄掉,
反之滿糖的東西一吃多,腰就有份量點,
很直接實在溜.
像今天早上,吃超商的全蔬菜生菜(49)配什麼日式醬汁,跟一盒壽司(豆皮跟海苔捲)(55),
吃到有點作噁(都是生菜),10點不到就餓的快掛點,
腦袋裡只想著肉肉肉這樣,
所以中午吃了超商的牛丼,(當然是不夠吃,但天氣太熱吃不下,有多買個麵包當點心預備)
一整個就是很隨便的吃法,
像是一些超鄉下的地方,就必須早上先買好超商的微波便當或找有開的便當店,
不然不是荒郊野嶺吃東西得多開至少半小時車去找,
就是孤門獨市看老闆叼根菸邊煮邊掉煙灰蒼蠅還滿天飛......所以我不吃.(挖鼻孔)
要不隨便隨意點也不行啊Q.,Q
當然地點在市區或熱鬧點的地方的話,
吃豐盛點是有的,
但是人性赤裸裸的討人厭這方面也讓人心生厭倦哪.(題外話)
大概就是選擇多點,可以自己決定想吃啥,
晚上再去健身房疲累自己的身體,
不過因為現在有老婆,
所以頻率上就相對降低了,
因為回家後要加班(別問了,就是鬧出人命後還要掏錢供養十幾二十年的這種)
或者像現在她有事情,所以我在家裡看要做什麼這樣(有健身車跟單槓啦,但不想動)
(結果跑來看板跟回文)
或者白天累到連運動的慾望都沒有<=建議是直接休息,不要逼自己硬要動.
不過動力還是有的,
像她不諱言就是喜歡我青春的肉體(羞)
加上適度的運動對海綿體的充血程度有增益,
低一點的脂肪厚度也可以製造長高的假象,
所以不管怎樣,
可以拉著她一起上健身房,是件幸福的事情,
拍婚紗的時候,是我腰圍高峰期,不過衣服遮著又沒差(攤手)

有裸露的就要求婚紗公司修圖就好,沒問題的XD
習慣造就身體的樣子,
不過爽爽過比較重要,
至少現在有人問,我都是這樣回,人生嘛,不短不長,何苦為難?(攤手)
接受自己很重要,
強求還要衡量一下現有條件,
為自己重要的人活就好,
