本身有在跑步和打球,發現跑步的時候單穿緊身褲真的比寬鬆褲子還透氣,汗也不會從腳一直留到襪子,大腿內側也不會摩擦到破皮,跑步時穿束褲真的好處多多,另外打球穿除了可以防寒之外還可以讓少數那一點肥肉不要亂晃。
最近做了一個測試,也就是在健身房穿緊身褲偷偷觀察身邊路人的反應,目前總共在健身房穿緊身褲兩次,每次在健身房待兩小時左右,緊身褲是五分褲,也就是到膝蓋的緊身褲,觀察下來會看你一眼的還不到20%,但我有發現在練臀部的時候(目前還沒看過有男生的臀部比我翹),旁邊的女生會一直偷喵,連教練都不看你一眼....或許健身房的教練已經習慣各式各樣的人了,但我只有在練腿跟臀時才會穿,我覺得在健身房只要不露點,真的沒人管你穿什麼,也就頂多看你一眼而已。
