嗨,大家好,我是拉茲夫
話說我在2012年就po文問過一樣的問題
(有興趣可以a我的id )
那時候才練兩個月,當時的女友也是一臉嫌棄
但當時只是這個鳥樣子...卻被說肌肉好噁心

我認為,運動並不是壞事
而如果對方會因為你/妳的外表而反感
那該思考的是這真的是愛嗎?
所以我們最後還是走上分手一途
(但其實不是最重要的原因)
分手後我依然維持規律的訓練
後來認識了現在的女友
她支持我所有我想做的(只要不傷害身體)
一開始有比健美,後來又陸續比了幾年
這是我2013~2016的狀態
(2017後改練健力一年多,現在只練健康,所以沒有特別拍自戀照了)
我153,照片中體重大概是57~62
(很虛榮的只放狀態好的)

右下是比阿諾盃前夕,加上陰影就會顯壯
但穿上衣服後.....

頂多比一般人厚一點而已啊啊啊啊
要變成巨巨真的很難很難很難
