自從光輝十月一攤接著一攤的喜宴,牛仔褲已經有點緊,尤其是腰臀連結處那兩塊肥肉
(請問那部分的肉要怎麼稱呼阿???哪種運動最能幫助消除阿?)
積極運動也不像過去一樣輕鬆減回去原本體重....= =
轉眼間到了年底,又是和好朋友,親戚聚餐/公司吃尾牙的日子
(雖然知道要控制,但社交活動還是一樣要參加人生才會快樂阿~~)
我很注意體重,有運動習慣,但因為易胖體質,所以飲食還算節制,
頂多MC前來那一陣子較瘋狂@@
而我的朋友大概分為兩類:
1.很會吃但不在意體重 2.很會吃但不胖
和他們出去時看到我吃不多
有的人說:你怎麼吃那麼少,減什麼肥阿
有的人(特別是長輩)會關心然後說:多吃一點多吃一點...
雖然我心裡想說:我在控制關你們什麼事,但為了不想一直聽到那種囉唆話
而且我自己會覺得大家都在吃東西,我如果一個人停下來不吃很怪....
所以和他們出去時我都會不自覺配合他們一直在吃(以避免冷場)
再加上我吃東西又比較快,一樣時間一定吃的比別人多,也因此常常不小心吃過量...
吃完就會很懊悔......唉~~好煩喔....
我目前想到的方法:
規定自己每口咀嚼50下來拖延時間,同樣時間一定吃得比較少,
嘴巴有東西別人也不會一直該該叫(或許有的真的是出於關心....)
想請問各位有沒有人遇到過跟我一樣的類似問題呢?
