本人有痛風並且有重訓習慣
雖然覺得自己痛風不是很嚴重 目前大約兩年會小發作一次 沒有在吃降尿酸藥物
想要問問版友有沒有和我一樣是痛風 蛋白質攝取的來源都從哪些食物
我的蛋白質來源還是從動物性蛋白質來比較多
(瘦肉 魚 和蛋),另外每天都會喝無糖豆漿
同樣有在重訓也有痛風的朋友覺得瘦肉其實普林沒有想像中的多,最恐怖的還是啤酒和海鮮
