我是一個胖子
103KG 左右
加入成吉 得到第一次inbody的數字 體脂28趴左右

三個月期間 練 胸+三頭.肩+腹.背+二頭 沒有
腿
每次訓練40分到1小時
一星期練五天 有兩天是隨機休息日
昨天被朋友抓去WG 跟他一起練
又得到一張inbody 體脂23趴 眼睛為之一亮

體重 沒啥增加 肌肉增加7公斤 脂肪減少5公斤
不知道WG的數字是否準確
讓我對重訓又充滿熱情呀
