我又來了,這次蹲100公斤
然後根據建議做些調整
希望能有改進
說一下這次調整的感覺,有在蹲更低一些,屁股跟大腿後面都有明顯感覺
因為我有注意在核心部分不讓他崩掉,所以在做時都沒吃到腰。
覺得該改進的部分是起來時不夠穩,今天在調低重量試試看。
