瘦下了一些些~
從66公斤瘦到61公斤
馬上就覺得精神變好了...
心情也跟著變好
不過我想~
我要瘦到標準體重還有一段路吧
還沒遇到減重瓶頸
以下說一下我的減重方法:
三餐只有午餐正常吃
早餐及晚餐都不吃澱粉的食物
所以我早餐喝牛奶
晚餐吃菜(看是去自助餐買或是去買滷味只有點菜)
再加上假日都會去南寮騎腳踏車(17公里海岸線)
就是這樣~
