瘦不下來 - 減肥

體脂率:27%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:糙米麩與薏仁粉各一匙泡水喝+三片白吐司抹果醬or兩片已有調味的土司
偶爾會喝一杯無糖紅茶
午餐:不固定 如果是便當的話 是配菜全吃光 白飯吃一半或1/3
自助餐:小碗白飯一碗、三~四樣菜(包含豆腐、蛋)
晚餐:自助餐:同午餐的自助餐 但不吃白飯 會喝免費的湯
其他:偶爾會忍不住吃些小零食 例如旺旺仙貝等 或是把糙米麩混薏仁粉乾吃
早午餐後各一顆維他命C
日常作息時間:晚上約12:30~1:00左右睡
暑假7:00左右起床 若為平常上課日則是8:00左右
生活型態:學生 暑假實習 屬於上班族的生活
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一周約3~4次
鄭多燕 有氧操 約40mins
或操場慢跑 至少30mins以上
(慢跑有兩種方式:1.跑稍快 約400M一圈3分半左右 跑10圈 再加兩圈快走
2.跑比較慢 約一圈4分 可以連續跑50mims 也是會加兩圈快走
昨天是跑第二種 流了很多汗 但隔天不會酸痛 比較可以讓我維持)
因為鄭多燕有些動作對我來說蠻操的 所以是把它拿來當重訓用 這份量是否還是不夠?
我的問題:
從大一下學期就有開始減肥,那時有瘦到體脂24%左右,但是一放暑假就開始偷懶了,
再加上大二在餐廳打工,常常晚上八點以後才吃晚餐(而且蠻大一份),又沒有運動,
胖到64kg左右,體脂也飆升到30%以上。去年暑假有打算再減一次,一周約4~5次跑操場,
飲食上也有小小改變,但是都會偷吃零食(>"<) 這次大約瘦了2kg左右
但是一開學因為課業太重,整個減肥動作又停下來。一直到現在,我覺得
我絕對有溜溜球效應(大哭)。
一直很希望可以瘦到55kg左右,但是體重每次最少到57kg就停滯下來了,
連晚餐不吃或吃很少都沒有用。
這次決定一定要徹底瘦下來,不再半途而廢,希望板上大家可以給我一些建議!

PS.希望可以把體脂降到24%左右 也就是大概再減3kg的脂肪(驚)
