瘦卻又同時肚子很凸 - 健身

大家好~
小弟 174/63 體型算偏瘦
體脂肪去屈臣氏量的話顯示是12% 內臟脂肪則是3
但是小弟卻有個困擾就是肚子很凸

平常的話稍微有些明顯凸出,自己看了就覺得很礙眼
但是仰臥起坐等訓練腹肌似乎並無法消除肚子
所以想請教如何能夠將肚子消除,讓平常放鬆的時候腹肌就能更明顯?
