剛過四十歲生日,身高174
2021得血癌
2021年八月骨髓移植出院體重54
出院後維持散步一小時運動習慣 三餐正常吃 體重拉到57後 只來個感染感冒又瘦回去55
重覆數次
去年11月起肚爛要突破增重
開始每天爬台中大坑 從軍功東山路走到大坑裡面繞 基本時間2個半到四小時

沒幾天食慾大增 每餐飯多吃一碗
平常吃三餐 餐間喝個優酪乳 黑芝麻豆漿
總體感覺是爬山刺激腿部肌肉 時間拉長慢慢走 下山通常很餓 食量增加很多 整天都想吃
剛看體重62了 開心
