登階運動傷膝蓋嗎? - 健身

跑步跑到有點膩了,騎x-bike的心跳數也遲遲都上不去,
最近搜尋這版上的舊文章,意外發現登階運動真的深得我心!!
我每天都固定會在家中的樓梯做30~40mins
就是左腳上 右腳上 左腳下 右腳下這樣(左右腳順序會交互 也會穿厚襪子跟跑鞋)
印象中下樓梯比較傷膝蓋,
可是剛剛爬文看到這運動好像也很傷膝蓋,
因為原po是旱鴨子,游泳就不在我的項目裡面,
最近真的登階登的好開心啊(每次下來心跳都有130 up )
可是想要來請教各位前輩,這樣子的運動是不是不太好啊?
