白飯與稀飯熱量 - 健身

最近在飲食上開始控制熱量
把自己平日比較常吃的食物 紀錄卡路里表格
多半也都是由網路上得到的熱量資訊
發現一碗白飯 280卡 一碗白稀飯140卡
稀飯整整少了一半 所以很開心的晚上改以煮半杯米的稀飯代替
只是這時我疑惑了
因為平時煮我一人份的白飯 也是半杯米
同樣半杯米 煮成白飯跟稀飯
稀飯的熱量會比較低嗎?
電鍋烹調
白飯= 米:水 1:1
稀飯= 米:水 1:3
外鍋都是一杯水
