目前這樣的減肥方式OK嗎? - 健身

小弟今年34歲,在4月底辭了工作,
5月開始週一到週五持續在健身房跑步,一次一小時。
睡前50下自己仰臥起坐。
這段期間,飲食三餐正常吃,
健身房的跑步機自己規定一次至少要跑加快走400大卡,
從月初的164/85瘦到現在的82了
跑到每天小腿痠痛
以前二十幾歲也有過跑步減肥的經驗
從70一直減到60,跑一跑很快就能進入狀況,
一周三次,一次一小時內能跑500大卡,外加仰臥起坐
現在體力大不如前,加起來400大卡跑完就已精疲力盡了
不知道目前的減重方式是否OK?
或是有沒有更好的建議可以參考呢??? 謝謝
