目標12KG 避免皮皺 - 健身

想把目標設在減重12KG請問該怎樣才能夠避免皮皺
的困擾 像是以3個月來計畫 以每月減重4KG
大致目標是先飲食避免油 高熱量 運動以散步或是慢慢跑
很怕減太快或是太急會把肚皮上的皮當扇子甩
真的看過就是有一位大學生把肚的皮 上下甩動 = =
怎樣才能避免?
