體脂率:23.7
(康是美量的,看起來不胖的同學量20,讓我懷疑自己只有23.7嗎= =)
內脂:11...(正常是3~9?店員說常熬夜)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容 之前除了早餐外都吃很少,但是看了置底文說要吃多一點...
早餐:一般早餐店早餐一份,蛋餅或OX吐司...等,有時候會加一杯無糖豆漿
午餐:之前-燙青菜+湯,或是5顆水餃
現在-一個便當(外食為主),肉菜會吃完,澱粉類吃一半
晚餐:之前-跟之前午餐一樣,或是不餓就不吃
現在-關東煮(一份約50元),或是跟午餐一樣
其他:大約兩個星期一次會跟同事去聚餐,吃到飽、或是高級定食...
假日(一星期一次)在家裡吃會吃比較多一點,大概就是1.5個便當
日常作息時間:大約一點睡,七點起床,一星期大約有一兩天可以睡到很晚(中午)
生活型態:算是...上班族吧,但也不是一直坐在辦公桌,還是會起來走來走去
比較像是學生的感覺
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
因為工作關係,目前沒有有氧運動的習慣,希望可以推薦在家可以做的有氧
但在家裡會自行作一點重訓,啞鈴15下*3(7Kg)
伏地挺身20下*2
握力...握到頗酸才停...
我的問題:主要想問的是照之前吃的方法,體重從82降到79.5,但是不知道體指...
那如果我開始進行有氧運動的話,這現在這樣吃可以嘛?
